This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) governs the practices of eMoldino Co. Ltd., (“we” or “our” or “eMoldino”) with respect to personal information that eMoldino collects from you when you use our eMoldino mobile application (“App”).

This Privacy Policy explains what information you may collect through its App and how eMoldino will use or disclose that information. If you access, visit, or use our App in any way, you are a User who agrees to be bound to this Policy. Any references herein to “you”, “your”, and “User” in this Policy are to the user who accesses the Website.

Scope of this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If so, we will post the updated Policy on or within our Services with a temporary notice indicating that it has been updated. We may also send registered users of our Services email notifications notifying such users of any changes to the Policy. If any change is unacceptable to you, you must stop using our Services. If you do not stop using our Services, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes.

Types of Information We Collect

eMoldino has the ability to collect both personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable information of its Users. New eMoldino accounts are created providing name and email.

Retention of Your Personal Data

eMoldino will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreement and policies. eMoldino will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our services, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your Personal Data is processed at eMoldino’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to —and maintained on— computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those from your jurisdiction. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer. eMoldino will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

Destruction of Your Personal Data

  1. eMoldino shall delete the personal data in its cloud system by giving the delete command. When performing this process, it shall pay particular attention to the fact that the relevant user is not authorized to bring back the data deleted on the cloud system.
  2. eMoldino shall delete the personal data in paper form by using blanking method. The blanking process shall be done by cutting off the personal data on the relevant document if possible and, if not possible, rendering the personal data invisible to users by using fixed ink in such a way that they cannot be retrieved and cannot be read by technological solutions. Personal data in paper form can also be destructed through a shredder.
  3. The file must be deleted using the delete command in the operating system, or the user's access rights on the file or directory where the file is located must be revoked. When performing this process, eMoldino shall pay attention that the user concerned is not a system administrator at the same time.
  4. eMoldino shall store personal data in flash-based storage media in encrypted form and delete them using appropriate software.
  5. eMoldino shall delete the relevant lines of the personal data using database commands (DELETE, etc.). When performing this process, eMoldino shall pay attention that the user concerned is not a database administrator at the same time.
